How do I place an order?

I have filled out the order form, does this mean my order is confirmed?
No. Your order is only confirmed once you have received your invoice and paid your deposit
When do I have to make payment?
Once you have received your invoice, a 50% deposit is due within 2 days. Once you have paid your 50% deposit, this means your order is secured and your date has been added to the calendar. The balance of your order must be paid 7 days prior to your event/pick up date.
Where are you located?
I am located in Palmyra, West Australia.
Can you deliver my order?
Yes, I deliver locally. If you provide your address I can quote you on delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately no, I do not currently offer shipping outside of Australia
How far in advance should I place my order?
Please place your order at least 4 weeks prior to your event date. It may take up to 2 weeks to finalise your design
I do not book orders more than 6 months in advance.
How much are your cookies?
Cookies start at $6.00 each . The price is dependant on the amount of detail, designs and colour involved.

What is your minimum order?
There is a minimum order of 1 dozen per order.
How many flavours can I choose?
There is a minimum order of 1 dozen cookies or cupcakes per flavour.
You can choose a different flavour per tier of your cake.
What flavours do you offer?

Do you cater for allergies or different dietary requirements?
Unfortunately, no. All of our cookies, cakes and cupcakes are baked in a kitchen where nut and nut products are used.
