TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Nina Marie Sweet Designs

Nina Marie Sweet Designs reserve the right to change our terms and conditions at any time

To secure your order with Nina Marie Sweet Designs, a 50% non refundable deposit is required.

Balances are due 7 days prior to the event. Order will not commence until final payment has been made.

Payment may be arranged on the day, but only by prior agreement to do so with Nina Marie Sweet Designs.

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Full payments are required before pickup of all products

Cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations are only permitted more than 7 days prior to the pick up date. The deposit will be refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee. Any cancellations made within 7 days prior to the pick up date are non refundable and will therefore forfeit the entire deposit amount

Once the deposit is paid, the quoted price remains fixed to the details listed in the quote. However if changes are requested, which involve more cost/time and effort, Nina Marie Sweet Designs reserves the right to amend the initial quote, and additional charges may apply/ be sent to the client. If agreement on the final design cannot be reached at this stage, normal cancellation terms will apply.

Delivery and set-up can be arranged by Nina Marie Sweet Designs, or clients may choose to pick up their orders themselves at our premises. If the client decides to pick up their order, Nina Marie Sweet Designs is not liable for the condition of the product once it has left our premises. A call out fee may apply if the client has picked up the product, then requires assistance in the set-up or repair to damage done

All products from Nina Marie Sweet Designs are baked in a kitchen where nut and nut products are used. Products contain gluten, dairy and may contain traces of nut. We operate using equipment that may have come in contact with wheat, nuts and seeds. Unfortunately we are not able to cater to those with allergies. Nina Marie Sweet Designs will not be held responsible for any allergies, it is the clients responsibility to inform their guests of these allergy risks

Events/Orders placed with Nina Marie Sweet Designs that are affected by COVID-19

If you choose to postpone your event rather than cancel, any amounts you have paid will be transferred to the new event date. The date for payment of any balance due will be recalculated to the new day of delivery/pickup

If notice of cancellation is given well in advance, a full refund of your deposit + any payments made towards your total will be provided .

If work has already commenced on your order when you give your notice, then your deposit + any payments made will be refunded, with the materials cost being deducted from the total.

Once you have placed your order you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as explained above by Nina Marie Sweet Designs.

It is the responsibility of the client to read and completely understand these terms and conditions before placing an order.
